The 50 beds hospital is build upon a high quality waterproofed concrete slab. The outside walls are made of premium pressure-treated wood, while the inside is constructed with patented galvanized sheet steel and covered with 25mm gypsum-plates. The walls are isolated and tropicalized.
The roof is constructed with patented ventilated ‘sandwich-roof-elements’, equipped with anti insect screens.
In addition to a complete electrical system the facility has a full sanitary system.
All windows are isolated and the frames are steel-reinforced.
The windows of all the treatment rooms are equipped with electric rolling shutters.
To bolster the GREEN effect, the facility is equipped with the latest solar-technology.
It is fully air conditioned and air filtered.

The functional wing is divided into two divisions. The first division (left-side after the entrance) is structured with all necessary functionality for patient-treatments. Therefore the left-wing is designed to cater for :
 
-          aneasthesia rooms (preparation rooms)

-          doctor rooms
-          nurse-station
-          sterilization department
-          examination rooms
-          Intensive care beds
-          Kitchen
-          CT-scanner-room
-          X-ray area
 
Furthermore you will find in this wing all necessary functionality to ensure a proper patient flow like a visitor’s area, a patient admission, a nurses station, sanitary facilities.
This department is equipped with an independent emergency power supply.
 
The second division on the right-side of the entrance, caters the Maternity Department to accommodate the delivery of the children.
